Rayna Havelock

Rayna is an expert in trauma counseling with many years of experience. Her passion lies in supporting people heal from a spectrum of traumas; from childhood trauma and abuse to PTSD; and anything in between.

Rayna’s background is in relationship/partner abuses, trauma, sexual violence counseling, betrayal trauma anxiety and depression along with a variety of other mental health issues. She has helped many people improve their partner relationships, building skills to improve self-esteem, learning boundaries, and teaching approaches to help cope with current or past issues. Rayna is certified and consultant in training with EMDR and the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with EMDR. Rayna is currently licensed as an LMHC in New York state and licensed as an LPC in Connecticut.

Rayna loves to travel and her latest interest is planning retreats for other clinicians, healers and helpers in beautiful locations.

Caroline Furcolo

Caroline helps individuals who are grappling with symptoms from trauma, ptsd, and c-ptsd. She utilizes EMDR, psychodynamic and IFS in the therapy room. She is well adept at supporting individuals address the root of the problem. Caroline will help you understand more about your current behavior, thought patterns, beliefs, and how prior experiences impact your current situation. With this insight, she will help you overcome the hold the past has, and work towards creating more updated thoughts/beliefs/behaviors..

Caroline wants to help you get to know yourself deeper, have compassion, release undesired patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving and help you start being the driver, rather than the passenger, in your experiences.

Outside of counseling Caroline enjoys her time outside; with horses, gardening, and mountain biking.

Lynn Nichols, MSAP

Lynn offers expert consulting to organizations and community leaders as well as specialized counseling services to individuals and families. With over 18 years of experience in the field of victim advocacy and non-profit management, Lynn brings tremendous knowledge to her practice and is a highly valued asset in the community. She has assisted countless individuals, organizations and task forces and is known for her innovative thinking, collaborative approach and her deep compassion and empathy.

In her consulting practice, Lynn provides expertise in the areas of non-profit management, organizational development, strategic planning and grant writing. She also offers training, education and is a keynote speaker.

Lynn has a special interest in interpersonal relationships and is a highly qualified counselor for issues pertaining to separation, divorce, custody, civil court cases and the criminal justice system. She has a compassionate and comforting way of providing support that greatly reduces conflict and stress - especially during times of great challenge. Lynn guides her clients with care, clarity and creativity toward the successful completion of their goals. Her knowledge, positivity, passion and dynamic energy make working with her both enjoyable and effective.
